Vermentino with a slightly fruity flavor.
It is our expression of Vermentino, made from vines overlooking the sea of the Gulf of Follonica.
From the gentle pressing of the grapes in a protected atmosphere, a must is obtained that ferments in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. On the nose it has complex and intriguing aromas, with notes of white-fleshed fruit and fresh citrus hints. On the palate it is very savory, almost salty, and expresses fragrant and fresh sensations, with a dry taste supported by a good acidic vein.
It is a very enjoyable white wine from the start, in its fresh and young form, but if aged in the bottle for one year it gains complexity and richness.
