This is our rosé wine, obtained from a gentle pressing of Ciliegiolo grapes.
On the nose, it is particularly intense, fruity, and fragrant. You can perceive fresh and delicate notes of wild strawberries, nectarines, and rose. On the palate, it is savory, juicy, and fresh, with a pleasant acidity that contributes to making it balanced and satisfying.
Best enjoyed within the first two years after bottling, paired with many traditional dishes from Maremma and Tuscan seafood cuisine.
