A blend of three typically Tuscan cultivars. From their union comes our IGP Extra Virgin Olive Oil, characterized by a persistent aroma and delicate spiciness. A mix of flavors, each with its own uniqueness: the fresh, delicate, and balanced character of Leccino, the fruity and slightly aromatic taste of Frantoio, the floral scent of Maurino. Pleasant are the hints of green tomato and the delayed throat spiciness.
Respect for tradition and local culture, combined with the careful use of modern technology, distinguishes our work. The olives are harvested daily and cold-pressed within 12 hours.
Best enjoyed within the first two years after bottling, our oil pairs easily with many traditional dishes from Tuscan and Maremma cuisine, both from the land and the sea.
